Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. While over 30 of the University’s academic programs are accredited by their own disciplinary accreditors, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University as a whole is accredited by HLC; all of the University’s programs and units are covered by this institution-wide accreditation. HLC offers two different pathways to institutional accreditation. They are the Standard Pathway and the Open Pathway. Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University has been on the Open Pathway since 2019. The next HLC Comprehensive Evaluation and visit will occur during the 2034-35 academic year.

Meet Provost Leo
Donald J. Leo, Ph.D. serves as the Executive Vice President and Provost. At Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University Dr. Leo manages the academic deans and a variety of offices that foster academic quality and student success. He is a professor of mechanical engineering.

To comply with the Advance Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Higher Education Act (AOHEA), the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University Board of Trustees passed the required AOHEA policies at its October meeting.
Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University achieved a significant milestone earlier this year as its accreditation with the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) was unconditionally reaffirmed.
