The Performing Arts Series continues to provide world-class entertainment at a fraction of the cost of other cities. We are able to do this through the generous giving of our patrons and business friends. Please consider becoming a season sponsor.

Important Information for Returning Subscribers (main series)

To ensure priority seating, current subscribers must renew their subscriptions by Friday, July 11th. The Ticket Office will begin summer hours on July 1st, for walk up or phone sales (740-593-1780). Summer hours will be Tuesday - Thursday from 11:30 AM –3:30 PM.

Returning subscribers are guaranteed their seats from the previous season unless the total number of seats in the order has increased and the subscriber prefers the seats to be together, or the subscription renewal is received after the renewal deadline (July 11th).

Requests for new seat assignments are processed after all subscribers who wish to keep their same seats have been accommodated. The preferred method to request a change is to pay for your subscription through the renewal site and then email your change request to event-tickets@ohio.edu. Someone will confirm that your request has been received. Change requests may also be called into the Ticket Office during business hours, listed above. Approximately 95% of all subscribers are renewing subscribers, so the number of seats available to fill relocation requests is very limited.  

2025-26 Renewal Process Is Now ONLINE:

The Templeton-Blackburn Alumni Memorial Ticket Office will be moving Subscription renewals online through our ticketing vendor, Tickets.com. This includes the Performing Arts Series for the 2025-2026 season. Online renewals are for those patrons who are renewing the same seats. Any changes or additional seat requests must be requested through the ticket office during the renewal period. Please email event-tickets@ohio.edu if you have any questions.

How To: Online Subscription Renewal

  1. Subscription renewals are done through your MyTickets portal. Start by going to /event-tickets or clicking on “Buy Online” at /performing-arts .
  2. This brings you to the event page. Click on the Hamburger Bar on the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the “Login” option at the bottom of the menu.
  4. From this page, you can either “Login” if you know your associated email address and password or “Reset” your password if you don’t know or remember your password. The email address that your renewal email came to is the email address associated with your account. Once you click “Reset” Password, you will have another screen to enter in your email address. Once entered, you will receive an email with a new/temporary password and instructions. Check your spam and junk mail, it will come from “ordertracking”. Make sure you change your password from the temporary to something more memorable to you that follows the password requirements listed on the page. You will be prompted to enter your email and password again. Please email event-tickets@ohio.edu or call the ticket office during office hours for assistance.
  5. Once you successfully login, you will be taken back to the calendar page. Go back to the Hamburger Bar on the top right (see step no. 2). And click on the drop-down arrow at “My Tickets”.
  6. Then click on the “Renew/Make Payments”. Alternatively, if you are at your home page. Click on the “Renew/Make Payments” on the left side menu.
  7. On the “Reservations” page you will see what you are renewing: which series & which seats. There will be an “Order Total” which includes the price of the series times the number of seats plus a $1 renewal fee per seat and a $3 processing fee. Please note that the type of ticket (general, senior, student) will be rolled over from the past season. If you need to change any ticket type (i.e. general to senior), please email event-tickets@ohio.edu. Please note that we only accept “Pay in Full”, we do not offer a pay schedule.
  8. Follow the instructions on the page and click “Renew”.
  9. The next page will be “Delivery Options”. All online renewals will be set to will call. If you would prefer to access them online, please email event-tickets@ohio.edu after you have completed the renewal process.
  10. Click the green “Continue” button and you will be directed to the payment page to finalize the renewal.
  11. If you have a credit card on file, it will show up in the drop-down box under payment method. If you do not, you can add a new card by selecting the option “Add New Card” at the bottom of that drop down. You are also able to edit the card by selecting the card you would like to edit from the drop down and then clicking the edit tool next to the drop down. If you are having trouble with your payment, make sure your billing zip code matches your credit card information.
  12. You can split your payment into as many credit cards as you would like by clicking on the green “+” next to “Split Payment”.
  13. Make sure you confirm both email address fields and add your mobile number.
  14. Please note the Convenience Fee is $1 per seat in the subscription, plus a $3 Service Fee. For those with 2 subscription seats it would be $5, those with 3 would be $6, etc….
  15. Make sure that you click the box saying that you agree to the terms and conditions, then click the green “Submit Payment” button at the bottom of the page.
  16. Once you have successfully renewed your Subscription, you will receive an email confirmation.

REMINDERS:

  1. All tickets will be at will call. If you would like to request your tickets be sent to your email, please email event-tickets@ohio.edu.
  2. You are renewing your Subscription tickets from last season. If you would like to request different seats, add or remove seats, or change a buyer type (i.e. general to senior), please email event-tickets@gmail.com or come to the Ticket Office when it opens. You are welcome to renew your seats online and then request a change. We will do our best to accommodate change requests. Please note that row E will not be available this season.

Note for New Subscribers (main series)

The Performing Arts Series will begin to accept orders for new subscribers online on July 21st at 10 AM. Please visit  and purchase through regular ticketing site.

Subscription Timeline (main series)

  • Renewal Drive: June 2nd - July 11th (2024-25 subscribers only)
  • New Subscribers: Beginning July 21st at 10 AM
  • Single Tickets (main series performances): August 12th

Ticket Pick-Up

The Ticket Office does not mail tickets. Pre-paid tickets can be picked up in the Ticket Office during regular business hours or in Will Call on the nights of performances.
