Bobcats will be returning to campus this fall. Of course, next semester – as this whole year has been – will be new territory for all of us.
As we move into the summer months and continue delivering courses and engaging with students virtually, I wanted to update you once again on plans for our fall semester.
The past several weeks have forced a transition in the way we teach, learn and live, while separating us from each other and the campuses we call home.
We are doing everything within our control to continue to fulfill our mission, to support our students, to ease financial impacts, and to ensure that you stay on track toward completion.
Your Bobcat family is behind you this week; here’s hoping you feel energized to take on final projects and exams.

It’s hard to believe the end of the semester is just around the corner! Our staff and faculty are thinking about you every day and desperately miss seeing our students on campus.
Spring semester changed suddenly and in significant ways due to the COVID-19 pandemic and we recognize the unexpected shift to all remote learning following Spring Break may impact your coursework.
Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University encourages students, faculty, and staff who are approved to be on-campus to follow CDC guidance on protective masks in all areas of campus.
Even as we lament the distance between us, we are also uplifted and inspired by the innovation we see happening in the virtual classroom.
Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University will continue to deliver all classes on all campuses through remote and online instruction through the summer.
Student Senate, Faculty Senate, and the Provost’s Office have developed a flexible, alternative grading system as well as additional adjustments to key academic policies for Spring Semester 2020.
