The Center for Entrepreneurship, a partnership between the College of Business and the Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service, has a bold vision to equip every Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University student with the entrepreneurial skills needed to solve problems and create opportunities.
Entrepreneurship is more important now than ever. The world is changing rapidly and needs innovators and critical thinkers to adapt in real time. Advances in artificial intelligence are transforming work. The same tools that are eliminating jobs are helping entrepreneurs launch new businesses better, faster, and cheaper.
We believe deeply in providing experiential learning opportunities, real world experiences, and transferable skills – whether students go on to start their own venture or choose to work for someone else.
We take an all-inclusive approach to entrepreneurship, believing that artists, small and family businesses, social ventures, and high potential technology-based startups are equally important and necessary.
Our promise to students is that we are here to support them – to help them grow and develop their skills. Through faculty, staff, alumni and peers, we coach, mentor, and give students access to transformative experiences. We empower students to make an impact in their lives, communities, and careers. We exist for the same reason our entrepreneurs do: to provide value where it is needed.
