Individuals with Disabilities


  • Opportunities for Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµans with Disabilities (OOD) is the state agency that empowers Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµans with disabilities through employment, disability determinations, and independence. Visit the link above to enter OOD's OOD Works website, part of the College2Careers initiative. Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ University has a dedicated OOD representative, Hanna Jadwisienczak who can be reached by email at hanna.jadwisienczak@ood.ohio.gov. Hanna is available to meet with students individually to discuss employment needs, accommodations, and more.

  • OOD supports employers in establishing internship programs that are inclusive of college students with disabilities. This internship dashboard includes a list of internships that can be searched by particular areas of the state, counties, career clusters, and more.
