Maria Gian, from Buffalo, New York, is graduating this semester with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of Film in Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University’s College of Fine Arts.

LeeAnn Johnson, from Marietta, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, is graduating from the College of Health Sciences and Professions with a bachelor’s degree in integrated healthcare studies.
William (Jamie) Price is graduating with his bachelor’s degree in specialized studies from the University College at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University Eastern.
Hunter Thiede, of Pickerington, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, is graduating from the Scripps College of Communication with a bachelor’s degree in visual communication—multimedia and a technology and society certificate.Â
Elizabeth Elrod came to Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University from Portsmouth, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ and graduates this semester with a bachelor’s degree in music therapy from Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University’s College of Fine Arts.Â
Students and student organizations across all colleges and campuses can be nominated by anyone within or outside of the OHIO community until Dec. 11.
Ashley Rogers is graduating with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Russ College of Engineering and Technology.Â
Angela Bor comes from Kenya and has served as a graduate assistant while earning her master’s degree in international studies from OHIO’s Center for International Studies where she specialized in African Studies.Â
Thanksgiving is a reminder to pause the noise of everyday life and thank those who are important to you. Several OHIO students took the time to thank faculty and staff members recently.
On Friday, November 11, OHIO campus partners held a screening of the new Marvel film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever at the Athena Cinema.
From Dec. 2 – 22, the Athena Cinema will partner with Arts for OHIO, Athens Area Chamber of Commerce, Athens Uptown Business Association, and Athens Food Pantries to present the Holiday Movie Series.
The proposal deadline for credit-bearing study abroad and away programs designed to take place winter break, spring break and spring semester of the 2023-24 and 2024-25 academic years is Dec. 1, 2022.
