Through the Food in Sicily program at ĢƵ University, students can learn about the island's culinary customs while earning six credits. From preparing pesto and biancomangiare to sampling Modica chocolate, students discover how various influences influenced Sicily's famous delicacies.

Fourteen members of the ĢƵ University community have been awarded prestigious fellowships through programs like Fulbright, CLS, and Princeton in Asia, supporting international education and cultural exchange.
