Radiology Club
Student Organizations Athens
Our Mission
The purpose of Radiology Club is to help train students to become more competent in the field of Radiology. No matter what specialty you wish to go into, (family medicine, surgery, OB-GYN) you will have to be outstanding at reading various forms of radiological images. Your patient’s life could depend on your interpretation. The club aims to provide a service which will allow its members to have a leg-up on the rest of the class in reading X-Rays, CT scans, MRI, and ultrasounds. The club also provides insider information from local and distant Radiologists in all different specialties about their path to becoming a Radiologist and what it takes to achieve that goal. In summary, the Radiology Club will aim to make you a better medical student for boards, class, and your future patients.
