Grant Gerwit
Grant Gerwit serves as the Director of Respiratory Therapy and Assistant Professor of Instruction at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University Lancaster, a role he began in November 2024. With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and healthcare leadership, Grant brings valuable experience and insight to the university’s respiratory therapy program.
Before joining OHIO Lancaster, Grant worked as a respiratory therapist at Fairfield Medical Center for over three years, following previous clinical work at The Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ State University Wexner Medical Center. His hands-on experience in diverse healthcare environments equips him to prepare students for the evolving demands of respiratory care.
Grant holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy from The Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ State University. His combined expertise in clinical care and healthcare systems management supports his mission to develop competent, compassionate respiratory therapists ready to make an impact in the field.
