PACE = Program to Aid Career Exploration

• PACE is an Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University program that gives students the chance to explore their
  career interests while working in an internship-like setting for the University
• Expenses related to PACE Students will be charged to a Planning Unit directly using the
  PACE Source (100600)
• Funding transfers will be done quarterly to reimburse Planning Units for those
  expenses

Payroll Charges and Related Funding Transfers

• PACE Student Expenses
  - PACE students will be charged to a Planning Unit’s ENT-ORG-ACTV-FNC
  - Source will always be 100600 (PACE)
• Funding Transfers
  - The quarterly funding transfer to Planning Units will offset the expenses using the charged cost center
