We investigate the manipulation of macronutrient intake pre- and post-exercise, the impact of fasted vs. fed exercise on metabolism, and appetite hormones.
Exercise Biochemistry Lab
Our lab's focus is exercise physiology, sports nutrition, metabolism and muscle physiology. Our research focuses on investigating nutraceuticals for health, athletic performance and recovery and metabolic manipulation for performance and health.
